The Gift Reveal is operated by Innovative Chat Limited, trading as The Gift Reveal. This policy explains the refund available for paid reveal packages.
1. 30-day refund guarantee
Every paid reveal includes a 30-day no-questions-asked refund. You may request a refund within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date. You do not need to provide a reason.
2. How to request a refund
Contact us through our contact page or email [email protected]. Include the email address used at checkout and, where available, the order or transaction reference.
Do not send gift card codes, passwords, payment-card details, ticket numbers, booking references, private reveal URLs or other sensitive gift information with your request.
3. How refunds are processed
Refunds are processed through the payment provider or Merchant of Record used for the original purchase and returned to the original payment method where possible. Bank and card-provider processing times vary, so the refund may take several business days to appear after it has been approved.
4. Access after a refund
Once a refund is approved or completed, the associated paid package entitlement and private reveal link may be revoked or made unavailable. The underlying gift, money, ticket, booking or gift-card code is supplied separately by the buyer and is not affected by The Gift Reveal refund.
Uploaded video or other paid media may be deleted in line with our retention and deletion practices. If you need a copy of your own content, request it before the refund is completed where technically possible.
5. Duplicate charges and payment problems
If you believe you were charged more than once, charged the wrong amount or paid but did not receive the expected entitlement, contact us promptly. We will investigate using the checkout email and transaction information.
6. Fraud, abuse and chargebacks
The guarantee does not require an explanation, but it does not protect fraudulent transactions, deliberate refund abuse or misuse of the payment system. Raising a chargeback may delay resolution because the payment provider must follow the card network process.
7. Statutory rights
This policy is in addition to any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
