These Terms of Service explain the rules for using The Gift Reveal website and creating personalized gift reveal experiences. The service is operated by Innovative Chat Limited, trading as The Gift Reveal, from 7 Christie Way, Christie Fields, Manchester M21 7QY, United Kingdom. By using the website or purchasing a reveal, you agree to these terms.
1. What The Gift Reveal provides
The Gift Reveal lets buyers choose a ready-made reveal game, personalize it with clues and a final surprise, preview it, purchase a package, and send a private reveal link to a recipient.
2. Your account and information
You are responsible for the information, content and media you submit. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep any private reveal links and gift details secure.
3. Personalization content
You must not upload, create or share content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, discriminatory, infringing, misleading, sexually explicit, exploitative, or otherwise inappropriate. You must have the rights and permissions needed for any names, images, videos, messages or other content you add.
4. Gift cards, digital gifts, tickets and third-party rewards
The Gift Reveal helps you create a personalized reveal experience. It does not issue, sell, verify, secure, replace, redeem or guarantee gift cards, digital products, tickets, cash gifts or other third-party rewards.
You should not enter actual gift card numbers, redemption codes, access codes, passwords, account login details, payment details, booking references, ticket numbers, confirmation numbers, access links, or other sensitive access information into the service. Use the reveal for the surprise, message and safe delivery instructions only.
You are responsible for making sure any gift information you provide is accurate, lawful and appropriate to share with the recipient.
5. Payments and packages
You can personalize and preview your reveal before choosing a package. Payment is required to unlock sending, private links, QR cards, video endings or other paid package features.
Packages are one-time purchases unless the checkout clearly states otherwise. The price, currency, included features, private-link duration and any applicable taxes are shown before payment. Payments may be processed by an authorized third-party payment provider or Merchant of Record. Where a Merchant of Record is used, its buyer terms and checkout disclosures also apply to the transaction.
We may change prices or package features for future purchases. A completed purchase receives the package entitlement shown in its checkout confirmation.
6. Refunds
Every paid reveal includes a 30-day no-questions-asked refund. You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase. We may need the email address used at checkout and basic order information to locate the purchase and process it. Full details are set out in our Refund Policy.
7. Private reveal links
Reveal links are designed to be shared privately. Anyone with the link may be able to access the reveal. You are responsible for who receives the link and for any gift details or personal messages revealed through it. Paid reveal links remain active for the duration stated in the package purchased, unless they expire earlier because of a refund, chargeback, deletion request, misuse or another lawful reason.
8. Video and media uploads
If you use a video package or upload media, you confirm that you have permission to upload and share that media. You must not upload content that violates someone else’s privacy, rights or safety.
9. Children and recipients
Buyers may create reveals for recipients, including children, but the buyer is responsible for making sure the reveal is suitable for the recipient and that any media or personal information is used with appropriate permission.
10. Service availability
We aim to keep The Gift Reveal available and working smoothly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, pause, modify or discontinue parts of the service when needed.
11. Intellectual property
The Gift Reveal brand, website design, game templates, software, graphics and related materials belong to The Gift Reveal or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or misuse the platform or its assets.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Gift Reveal is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including disappointment, lost gift value, invalid third-party rewards, missed events or issues caused by incorrect information supplied by the buyer.
13. Governing law and consumer rights
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer law in your country provides additional rights. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
